摘要
近几年高校教育督导工作的实践表明,相互关联的全方位教育督导体系,对于学校本科教学活动有效运行、高校本科教学水平提升、本科人才培养质量全面提高等方面均起到了重要作用。该文从教学指导、教学实施、评价反馈和改进提升等方面,探究了“三全育人”视域下高校教育督导体系的构建和具体实施过程,强化科学督导评价,保障思想政治工作贯穿专业层面、教学过程、教学资源和课堂教学评价等,从而形成全员、全过程、全方位育人格局。
The practice of educational supervision in colleges and universities in recent years shows that the interrelated and all-round educational supervision system has played an important role in the effective operation.This system can also improve the level of undergraduate teaching and comprehensively improve the training quality of undergraduate talents.From the aspects of teaching guidance,teaching implementation,evaluation feedback and improvement,this paper explores the construction and specific implementation process of college education supervision system from the perspective of the“three-pronged comprehensive education”,strengthens scientific supervision and evaluation,and ensures that ideological and political work runs through the professional level,teaching process,teaching resources,and classroom teaching evaluation,so as to form a full-staff,whole-process,and allround education pattern.
