新工科背景下实践育人的逻辑与实施路径

摘要 在新形势下,实践育人是学校教育工作的重要载体,是促进全面培养学生的一种有效方式。在工科教育中,坚持理论学习与实践育人的有机结合,对培养大学生的社会责任感与解决问题的实际能力有着无可替代的积极作用。因此,当代高校应该立足于新工科建设的背景,以工科专业特色为出发点,厘清实践育人的内在逻辑,总结中外实践育人的经验,依照“以高等教育工作者为主导、发挥学生的主观能动性、拓宽课堂内外育人渠道、与社会组织合作共赢与立足工科专业融入德育”的路径,实现本科生、研究生各年级全覆盖,以达到实践育人和立德树人的工作目标。 Under the new situation,practical education is an important carrier of school education,and is also an effective way to promote the comprehensive training of students.In engineering education,adhering to the organic combination of theoretical learning and practical education plays an irreplaceable positive role in cultivating college students’sense of social responsibility and practical ability to solve problems.Therefore,contemporary colleges and universities should base on the background of new engineering construction,take the characteristics of engineering majors as the starting point,clarify the internal logic of practical education,and sum up the experience of Chinese and foreign practical education.In accordance with the path of“taking higher education workers as the lead,giving play to students’subjective initiative,expanding the channels of education inside and outside the classroom,cooperating with social organizations for win-win results and integrating into moral education based on engineering majors”,the program covers all grades of undergraduates and postgraduates,so as to achieve the goal of practical education and fostering virtue through education.
