摘要
博物馆可以为中小学生构建互动生成的学习情境,创造可供选择的学习机会,提供多元化的学习体验,具有特殊的教育价值。然而在馆校合作过程中受制于制度缺位、专业化师资培养不足、博物馆与学校课程衔接不畅等多种因素,博物馆的教育价值无法得到充分释放。为此,在思想统领层面,要提高全社会对博物馆教育价值的认同,唤起教育主体自觉的馆校合作意识;在外部保障层面,要完善制度设计,建立馆校合作长效运行机制;在内部提升层面,要培养馆校“双向双师”型人才,规范博物馆教育课程体系,促进馆校课程的衔接与融合。
Museums can build an interactive learning environment for primary and secondary students,create alternative learning opportunities,and provide diverse learning experience,which has special educational value.However,in the process of museum-school cooperation,the value of museum education cannot be fully released due to many factors,such as system absence,the lack of professional teacher training,and the poor connection between museum and school curriculum.Therefore,at the level of ideological leadership,it is necessary to improve the recognition of the whole society on the value of museum education and arouse the conscious awareness of museum-school cooperation of the education subject;at the external safeguard level,it is necessary to improve the system design and establish a long-term operation mechanism of museum-school cooperation;at the internal promotion level,it is necessary to cultivate teachers who have the“two-way and double-qualified”talents of the museum and school,standardize the curriculum system of museum education,and promote the connection and integration of the museum and school curriculum.
