绿色制造理念下机电类专业课程改革研究

Research on Curriculum Reform of Electromechanical Majors under the Concept of Green Manufacturing

该文以机电一体化技术专业核心课程“自动生产线安装与调试”课程为例,围绕“十四五”规划中绿色生产转型的总体要求和制造强国战略目标,以产品生产全流程为工艺研究对象,剖析当前机电专业课程教学过程中绿色制造理念融入存在的问题。以习近平生态文明思想为指引,以培养具备科技报国情怀和强国使命担当的绿色制造技术人才为主线,组建跨界教学团队,深挖绿色制造元素。理论课着重培养学生的生态文明意识,实践课强调绿色生产技术培养,探索一种能将“绿色制造理念”有效融入专业课程的教学实施模式。

Taking the Automatic Production Line Installation and Debugging course,a core course of the electromechanical technology major,as an example,and focusing on the overall requirement of transforming to green production and the strategic goal of becoming a leading country in manufacturing in the“14th Five-Year Plan”,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of the green manufacturing concept in the current teaching process of electromechanical courses with the entire production process as the research object.By determining Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization for a New Era as the guideline and focusing on cultivating technical talents in green manufacturing with a sense of serving the country through science and technology and a mission to strengthen the country,a cross-border teaching team has been established to deeply explore the elements of green manufacturing.Theoretical courses focus on cultivating students’awareness of ecological civilization,while practical courses emphasize the cultivation of green production technology.It is aimed to explore a teaching implementation model that effectively integrates the green manufacturing concept into professional courses.
