基于促进幼儿深度学习的户外混龄游戏教师支持策略研究

摘要 深度学习能力培养是新时代人才培养的重要内容。幼儿深度学习是一种幼儿基于自身兴趣,主动探究、理解、建构新知识、新技能,并将其迁移运用于生活和学习中以解决实际问题的学习方式。幼儿深度学习的发生与游戏紧密相连,幼儿的大部分游戏都有促进幼儿学习和发展的积极意义,游戏着的幼儿是富有创造力的个体,是有能力的主动学习者。户外混龄游戏作为一种新型的幼儿园户外活动组织形式,有利于打破幼儿年龄和空间交往限制,进一步增强幼儿教育活动的包容性和丰富性。因此,教师应该充分认识混龄游戏的价值,为幼儿创设自然的教育生态环境,让教和学不经意地发生在幼儿游戏中,从而促进户外混龄游戏中幼儿深度学习的发生。 The training of deep learning ability is an important part of talent training in the new era.Children’s deep learning is a way of learning by which children autonomously explore,understand,and construct new knowledge and new skills based on their own interest,and then transfer and apply them to solve practical problems in life and learning.The occurrence of deep learning in children is closely linked to their games,most of which are of positive significance for promoting children’s learning and development.Children who play games are creative individuals and capable active learners.As a new form of organizing outdoor activities in kindergartens,outdoor mixed-age games are conducive to breaking the restrictions on children’s age and space communication,and further enhancing the inclusiveness and richness of educational activities for children.Therefore,teachers should fully understand the value of mixed-age games,create a natural educational ecological environment for children to make teaching and learning occur inadvertently in children’s games,thereby promoting the occurrence of deep learning in children when playing outdoor mixed-age games.
