粮仓粮食数量监测技术研究现状与展望 被引量:1

摘要 数量真实是保障国家粮食安全的重要组成部分,对粮食库存数量的监管也影响着国家粮食安全。但是,由于粮食存储点多、面广,监管难度较大,“转圈粮”、擅自动用、未轮报轮等涉及粮食库存数量的违法违规案件时有发生,因此需要加强粮食监管,以避免此类事件发生。近年来,随着科技快速发展,粮仓粮食数量监测的相关技术不断涌现,并在保障国家粮食安全方面发挥了显著作用。文章主要针对压力传感器、三维激光扫描、超声波、雷达、图像处理等技术,阐述了这几种粮仓粮食数量监测技术的主要原理和优缺点,并对粮仓粮食数量监测技术领域存在的问题和未来应用研究趋势进行了展望。 Quantity authenticity is an important part of guaranteeing national food security,and the supervision of grain inventory also affects national food security.However,due to the large quantity and the wide coverage of grain storage places,and the larger difficulty of supervision,illegal and violated cases that involve the quantity of grain stocks,such as‘revolving grain’,unauthorized use and undeclared reporting or rotation reporting,etc.,occur now and then.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen grain supervision to avoid the occurrence of such incidents.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the related technologies of grain quantity monitoring in granaries have been constantly emerging,and have played an obviously significant role in guaranteeing national food security.In this paper,the technologies,such as pressure sensor,three-dimensional laser scanning,ultrasonic,radar,and image processing,etc.,were the focuses,the advantages and disadvantages and the main principles of the above-mentioned grain quantity monitoring technologies were interpreted,and put the existing problems and the future application research trends in the field of grain quantity monitoring technology were expected.
