降水融合技术在湖南多源融合实况分析系统中的应用研究

摘要 精细、精准、高时效的网格降水实况产品对于智能网格预报业务、防灾减灾以及水循环、地气相互作用具有重要意义。降水融合分析技术是湖南多源融合实况分析系统的核心组成部分,负责对地面观测降水和雷达等降水数据进行预处理和融合,可逐10 min生成1km分辨率的10 min、1h降水融合实况产品,以及绘制雷达定量估测降水(Quantitative Precipitation Estimation,QPE)、地面站点降水、地面降水分析场、多源融合降水效果图,可用于弥补观测站点不足、提高暴雨短临预警能力以及促进灾害管理和决策支持。 Precise,accurate and highly time-efficient grid precipitation live products are of great significance for intelligent grid forecasting operations,disaster prevention and mitigation as well as water cycle and ground-air interaction.Precipitation fusion analysis technology is the core component of Hunan multi-source fusion live analysis system,which is responsible for pre-processing and fusion of precipitation data from ground observation and radar,etc.It can generate 10 min and 1 h precipitation fusion live products with 1 km resolution every 10 min,as well as draw radar Quantitative Precipitation Estimation(QPE),ground station precipitation,ground precipitation analysis field and multi-source fusion precipitation effect map,which can be used to make up for observation station The product can be used to make up for the shortage of observation stations,improve the storm short-range warning capability,and facilitate disaster management and decision support.
