甲泼尼龙联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Methylprednisolone Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on Secretory Otitis Media

目的:探究甲泼尼龙联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月梅州市妇女儿童医院收治的分泌性中耳炎患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用头孢克洛干混悬剂治疗,研究组采用甲泼尼龙联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、听力指标、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);治疗后,研究组语频气导听阈、鼓室压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲泼尼龙联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗分泌性中耳炎患者效果确切,可改善听力,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray on secretory otitis media.Methods:Eighty patients with secretory otitis media admitted to Meizhou Women and Children's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with cefaclor dry suspension,and the study group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray.The therapeutic effect,hearing index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);After treatment,the speech frequency and air conduction auditory threshold and tympanic cavity of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of secretory otitis media patients is effective,can improve hearing,high safety.
