Analysis of the Effect of Vitamin D on Pregnancy Outcome

目的:评价孕妇阶段性补充维生素D对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心建卡并按时孕检的孕妇278例为观察对象。不同孕期指导孕妇补充维生素D与钙剂,分别检测不同孕期的25-羟基维生素D[25-(0H)D]水平,分析不同孕期25-(0H)D水平和妊娠结局的关系。结果:孕早期25-(0H)D缺乏者85例,占比30.58%;孕16周缺乏者67例,占比24.10%;孕24周缺乏者45例,占比16.19%;孕32周缺乏者38例,占比13.67%。缺钙组高危或新增疾病、妊娠并发症、难产、新生儿并发症发生率均高于不缺钙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇的维生素D和钙缺乏不仅影响母体健康,还可能增加不良妊娠结局的风险,临床需提高重视度。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of phased vitamin D supplementation on pregnancy outcome in pregnant women.Methods:Two hundred and seventy-eight pregnant women who had their cards established in Guangzhou Women's and Children's Medical Center and had their pregnancy checkups on time from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation sub-jects.Pregnant women were instructed to take vitamin D and calcium supplements during different trimesters,and 25-hydroxyvita-min D[25-(0H)D]levels during different trimesters were detected separately to analyze the relationship between 25-(0H)D lev-els and pregnancy outcomes during different trimesters.Results:There were eighty-five cases of 25-(0H)D deficiency in early pregnancy,accounting for 30.58%of the cases;There were sixty-seven cases of deficiency at 16 weeks of gestation,accounting for 24.10%of the cases;Forty-five cases of deficiency at 24 weeks of gestation,accounting for 16.19%;Thirty-eight cases of defi-ciency at 32 weeks of gestation,accounting for 13.67%;The incidence of high-risk or new diseases,pregnancy complications,ob-structed labor,and neonatal complications in the calcium deficiency group was higher than that in the non-deficiency group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin D and calcium deficiencies in pregnant women not only affect maternal health,but may also increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and clinical attention needs to be increased.
