火针治疗腰椎间盘突出并发坐骨神经痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Lumbar Disc Herniation Complicated with Sciatica Treated by Fire Acupuncture

目的:探究火针治疗对腰椎间盘突出并发坐骨神经痛患者临床疗效、疼痛程度、不良反应、炎性因子及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年1月北京市石景山区八角社区卫生服务中心收治的腰椎间盘突出并发坐骨神经痛患者100例为观察对象,按照治疗方式不同分为常规组(50例,针刺治疗)与观察组(50例,火针治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组Rdand-Morris问卷评分、视觉模拟评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针治疗腰椎间盘突出并发坐骨神经痛效果显著,可改善腰椎功能及炎性因子水平,降低疼痛程度,提高生活质量,不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effects of fire acupuncture treatment on clinical efficacy,pain level,adverse reactions,in⁃flammatory factors and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation complicated with sciatica.Methods:One hundred pa⁃tients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation complicated with sciatica admitted to Beijing Shijingshan District Bajiao Commu⁃nity Health Service Center from April 2022 to January 2023 were selected for observation,and they were divided into the conven⁃tional group(fifty cases,acupuncture treatment)and the observation group(fifty cases,fire needle treatment)according to the dif⁃ference in treatment modalities.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,Rdand-Morris questionnaire score and visual analog score of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-8 and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire acupuncture is effective in the treat⁃ment of lumbar disc herniation complicated with sciatica,which can improve lumbar spine function and inflammatory factor level,reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life,and will not increase the adverse effects.
