腹针三星法配合壮医脐疗对无嵌顿性腹白线患者康复情况的影响

The Effect of Three-star Abdominal Acupuncture Method with Zhuang Medicine Umbilical Cord Therapy on the Recovery of Patients with Non-embedded Abdominal White Lines

目的:分析腹针三星法联合壮医脐疗治疗无嵌顿性腹白线的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月桂林市中医医院收治的无嵌顿性腹白线患者80例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予腹针三星法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予壮医脐疗。比较两组临床疗效、肠道症状改善情况、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);治疗后,两组患者肠道症状评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无嵌顿性腹白线患者采用腹针三星法、壮医脐疗联合治疗能提高疗效,有效改善肠道症状,提高生活质量,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of three-star abdominal acupuncture method combined with Zhuang medicine umbilical cord therapy in the treatment of non-embedded abdominal white line.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with non-embedded abdominal white line admitted to Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized nu-merical table method,each of which consisted of forty cases.The control group was given three-star abdominal acupuncture treat-ment,and the observation group was given Zhuang medicine umbilical cord therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of intestinal symptoms,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P=0.043);After treatment,the intestinal symptom scores of patients in both groups were re-duced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of patients with non-embedded abdominal white line using three-star abdominal acupuncture and Zhuang medicine umbilical cord therapy can improve the therapeutic efficacy,effectively improve the intestinal symptoms,improve the quality of life,and have high safety.
