能级分区护理模式对脑梗死患者生活能力、吞咽功能的影响

Effect of Energy Level Zoning Nursing Mode on Living Ability and Swallowing Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察能级分区护理模式对脑梗死患者生活能力及吞咽功能的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月徐州利国医院收治的脑梗死患者70例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,各35例。常规组给予常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上给予能级分区护理模式。比较两组患者生活能力、吞咽能力。结果:护理后,两组患者生活功能评分均高于护理前,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组吞咽功能评分均低于护理前,研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者护理中,能级分区护理模式可改善患者生活能力及吞咽功能。

Objective:To observe the effects of energy level zoning nursing mode on living ability and swallowing function of pa-tients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Xuzhou Liguo Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the routine group and the research group according to random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given energy level zoning nursing mode based on the routine group.The living ability and swallowing ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the life function scores of 2 groups were higher than before nursing,and the research group was higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of swallowing function in both groups were lower than before care,and the scores in the research group were lower than those in the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction,energy level zoning nursing model can improve patients'living ability and swallowing function.
