以创新为载体的导师制在临床实习中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨以创新为载体的导师制在临床本科生实习中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月在杭州医学院附属平湖医院实习的临床本科生120名为研究对象,实行以创新为载体导师制教学模式,开展“三段式”创新教学,对带教前后学生的科研水平进行测试,采用过程性评估+总结性评估的方式,从创新方向、设计思路、创新能力、写作水平、科研能力及答辩思路6个维度评估教学方式的效果,实习生进行科研能力自我评价。结果:离院前实习生科研水平测试平均分高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);离院前实习生创新方向、设计思路、创新能力、写作能力、独立科研能力、答辩思路评分高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);离院前实习生科研能力自我评价分数高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:以创新为载体的导师制可提高临床本科实习生的科研创新等各方面能力。 Objective:To explore the application effect of tutorial system based on innovation in clinical undergraduate practice.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty clinical undergraduates practicing in Pinghu Hospital Affiliated to Hangzhou Medical College from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as research objects to implement the innovation-guided teaching model and carry out"three-stage"innovative teaching.The scientific research level of the students before and after teaching was tested.The method of process assessment and summative assessment was adopted to evaluate the effect of the teaching method from six dimensions:innovation direction,design ideas,innovation ability,writing level,scientific research ability and defense ideas.The interns conducted self-evaluation of scientific research ability.Results:The average score of scientific research level test of interns before discharge was higher than that at admission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The scores of innovation direction,design idea,innovation ability,writing ability,independent scientific research ability and defense idea of interns before discharge were higher than those at admission,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The scores of self-evaluation of research ability of interns before discharge were higher than those at admission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The tutorial system with innovation as the carrier can improve the ability of clinical undergraduate interns in scientific research innovation and other aspects.
