工业绿色发展效率时空分异与驱动力因素分析——以丝绸之路经济带为例

Analysis of the Spatiotemporal Differentiation and Driving Factors of Efficiency of Industrial Green Development——Taking the Silk Road Economic Belt as an Example

运用2009―2020年丝绸之路经济带沿线9省区的数据,基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型测算丝绸之路经济带的工业绿色发展效率,并依据其时空分布特征,借助地理探测器对丝绸之路经济带工业绿色发展效率的驱动力因素进行分析。研究表明:从时空分布特征看,丝绸之路经济带工业绿色发展效率保持逐年波动增长的态势,且自西南向西北呈现高―低―高的演化格局,整体西南区域的效率高于西北地区,区域间存在差异,但差距分两阶段呈逐渐缩小的趋势;从驱动力因素看,环境规制、经济发展水平、技术发展水平、产业结构、城镇化水平是丝绸之路经济带工业绿色发展效率空间分异的主要驱动力,不同因子对工业绿色发展效率空间分异的影响存在差异,双因子的交互作用会增强绿色发展效率的空间分异,主要表现为双因子增强和非线性增强。

Based on the data of 9 provi nces along the Silk Road Economic Belt from 2009 to 2020,this paper calculates the industrial green development efficiency of the Silk Road Economic Belt based on the super-efficiency SBM model of non-expected output and analyze its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics.The driving factors of industrial green development efficiency along the Silk Road Economic Belt are analyzed by means of geographic detector.The results show that:From the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,the industrial green development efficiency of the Silk Road Economic Belt maintains a trend of fluctuating growth year by year,and presents a high-low-high evolutionary pattern from southwest to northwest.The overall efficiency of the southwest region is higher than that of the northwest region,and there are regional differences,but the gap shows a gradual narrowing trend in two stages.From the perspective of driving factors,environmental regulation,economic development level,technological development level,industrial structure and urbanization level are the main driving forces for the spatial differentiation of industrial green development efficiency along the Silk Road Economic Belt.Different factors have different impacts on the spatial differentiation of industrial green development efficiency,and the interaction of the two factors will enhance the spatial differentiation of green development efficiency.The main manifestations are double factor enhancement and nonlinear enhancement.
