生精补血汤对^(60)Co照射小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effects of Shengjingbuxue Decoction on Immunologic Function in the Mice Irradiated by ^(60)Co

摘要 采用 60 Co照射小鼠免疫抑制模型 ,初步观察生精补血汤对受照小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :该方可提高受照小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞释放的溶血素量 ,促进外周血血清溶血素生成 ;提高迟发超敏反应程度和T淋巴细胞增殖反应能力 ;增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ;促进IL 1、IL 2生成。提示该方可拮抗射线造成的免疫损伤 ,促进受照小鼠免疫功能恢复 ,具有免疫增强和射线防护作用 。 The mouse model of immunosuppression induced by JC60,D,Zo irradiation was used to observe the effects of Shengjingbuxue Decoction (SD) on immunologic function. The results showed that SD could increase the amount of hemolysin released by the splenic antibody forming cells, promote the production of serum hemolysin in the peripheral blood, increase delayed hypersensitivity and T lymphocyte proliferation, enhance phagocytosis of abdominal macrophages, and promote the production of IL 1 and IL 2. It suggests that SD may antagonize the immune injury caused by radiation and promote the restoration of damaged immunologic function. The results of this experiment can provide some evidence for further studying the mechanism of the effects of SD.
