鼠总科动物感染刚地弓形虫的研究进展

Research progress on Toxoplasma gondi infection in Muroidea

刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)是一种典型的人畜共患病病原体,而鼠总科动物分布广泛,与人类生活领域有一定重合,其感染弓形虫情况应该得到重视。文章对鼠总科动物种类、分布,以及其感染弓形虫的研究概况及在弓形虫传播中的作用等进行综述,以期为小型野生动物寄生虫病研究及弓形虫流行病学调查提供一定借鉴。

Toxoplasma gondi is a typical zoonotic pathogen.The muroidea are widely distributed and have a certain overlap with human life areas,therefore,attention should be paid to the infection of Toxoplasma gondi in Muroidea.This paper summarized the species and distribution of Muroidea,the research overview of Muroidea infected with Toxoplasma gondi and its role in the transmission of Toxoplasma gondi,in order to provide some reference for the research of parasites in small wild animal and the epidemiological investigation of Toxoplasma gondi.
