上海虹桥高铁站停车库交通组织与动态管理研究

摘要 超大型地下车库因其车位数量多、内部空间大,容易出现出入口处拥堵、内部绕行严重、双向寻车位低效等问题。以上海虹桥高铁站地下车库为研究案例,首先,分析虹桥站地下停车库的布局以及拥堵成因,并从理想交通运行角度,提出超大型停车库交通组织与动态管理的“无瓶颈、低损耗”的工作原则;其次,对照该原则,从流线设计、交通设施设置、日常管理等方面对虹桥站车库交通组织与动态管理问题进行剖析,并提出“去瓶颈、减损耗”的针对性改进措施。研究成果已在实践中得到应用。 Large underground parking garages are prone to problems such as congestion at entrances and exits,serious internal traffic congestion,and inefficient two-way parking search due to their large number of parking spaces and spacious interior.This article takes the underground parking garage of Shanghai Hongqiao High Speed Railway Station as a research case.Firstly,the layout and causes of congestion of the underground parking garage at Hongqiao Station are analyzed.From the perspective of ideal traffic operation,the working principle of"no bottleneck,low loss"for the traffic organization and dynamic management of super large parking garages is proposed.Secondly,compared with this principle,the traffic organization and dynamic management of Hongqiao Station garage are analyzed from the aspects of streamline design,traffic facility setting and daily management,and the targeted improvement measures of"removing bottlenecks,reducing losses"is put forward.The research results have been applied in practice.
