多酸基复合光催化剂的合成及其太阳光驱动CO_(2)制甲酸研究在实验教学中的设计与探究

摘要 温和条件下将二氧化碳(CO_(2))高效转化为高值化学品,不仅可以实现碳资源的循环利用,也对减缓温室效应具有重要意义。本实验基于多酸(POMs)复合催化剂制备及其应用于光催化CO_(2)加氢制甲酸的创新性研究成果,设计了适合本科实验教学的综合创新实验。实验采用浸渍法将Anderson型多酸[H6(CrO6)Mo_(6)O18]3-分散到TiO_(2)表面形成多酸复合光催化剂CrMo_(6)/TiO_(2),通过X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱解析了催化剂的结构。利用气相色谱和液相色谱对光催化产物进行分析检测,结果显示,光照条件下CrMo_(6)/TiO_(2)复合光催化剂可催化CO_(2)高选择性转化为液体产物甲酸。紫外-可见光谱分析证实,多酸的修饰减小了TiO_(2)能带间隙,增加了光谱的吸收范围,提升了光催化性能。本实验内容涵盖了无机材料合成、仪器表征、分析检测等多门学科内容,教学内容综合性强,实验操作简便,既巩固了基础化学知识,又为后续科研打下基础。将光催化CO_(2)转化这一学科前沿研究领域引入本科实验教学,增强了课程内容的时效性,有利于提高学生的科学思维、环保意识和创新意识等综合能力。 The effective conversion of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))into high value-added carbon-containing chemicals or liquid fuels in mild condition is greatly significant for reducing air pollution and supplementing carbon-containing energy shortages.Polyoxometalates(POMs)possess semiconductor-like properties,reversible redox properties,and structural stability,which represent a class of good electron acceptors that can effectively enhance the photocatalytic performance of semiconductor catalysts.This paper discusses an innovatively designed comprehensive experiment based on scientific research results.The CrMo_(6)/TiO_(2)photocatalyst was prepared by loading Anderson type POMs,such as CrMo_(6)on TiO_(2),by the impregnation method.The material structure was analyzed by means of Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance.The research results showed that CrMo_(6)/TiO_(2)can efficiently convert carbon dioxide into formic acid and other liquid products.Anderson type POMs modification of TiO_(2)can reduce the energy band gap and the energy required for photocatalysis.This experiment combines inorganic chemistry,physical chemistry,materials chemistry,organic chemistry,analytical chemistry,and other basic chemistry courses,popularizes the concepts of synthetic chemistry and green chemistry,and improves students’environmental awareness,innovation ability,and comprehensive ability.
