企业安全生产法律法规知识库的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Knowledge Database of Laws and Regulations for Enterprise Work Safety

为满足企业合规管理和安全生产法律法规知识库的需求,首先,设计法律法规、技术标准及其他文件资料的数据结构;然后,提出面向企业的安全生产法律法规知识库系统框架,该系统可实现数据库的查询、浏览、下载、编辑等功能。使用结果表明:安全生产法律法规知识库有助于企业及时获取、更新、发布、执行适用于企业安全生产的法律、法规、标准,提高企业合规管理水平,规范企业安全生产行为,推动企业安全生产标准化建设。

In order to meet the needs of the enterprise compliance management and the knowledge base of laws and regulations for the enterprise work safety,in this paper,firstly,the data structure of laws and regu-lations,technical standards,and other documents was designed.Then,a framework for a knowledge base system of laws and regulations for the enterprises work safety was proposed,through which functions such as querying,browsing,downloading,and editing the database can be achieved.The results show that the knowledge base is helpful to enterprises to timely acquire,update,publish,and implement laws,implement regulations,and standards that are applicable to the enterprise work safety,improve the enterprise compliance management level,standardize enterprise work safety behavior,and promote the standardization construction of the enterprise work safety.
