How to interpret and understand Marxist political economics as a text is an important prerequisite for making it sinicization and modernization.The reason why the relationship between text and meaning is regarded as the key to the sinicization and modernization of Marxist political economics is that it has rich historical,practical and objective grounds,which provide the possibility and inevitability for scientific interpretation and understanding of Marxist political economics and its sinicization and modernization.Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China(CPC),as the main body of understanding,has opened up an understanding horizon of innovative Marxist political economics on the basis of explaining and understanding Marxist political economics and scientifically handling the“foresight”or“prior understanding”of Marxist political economics.In the new era,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,as the main body of understanding,has realized the practical,reformational and dialectical interpretation of Marxist political economy in the dimension of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
