Study on the Performance of Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate in Personal Care Products

主要研究了Hostapon^(■)CDT椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠的一些性能,包括温和性、去离子水中的泡沫性能、耐硬水性能、皮脂污布清洁能力及其在香波中的应用。数据表明,Hostapon^(■)CDT比传统的硫酸盐类的表面活性剂具有更好的温和性;在去离子水中,Hostapon^(■)CDT在弱酸性范围内的泡沫性能(包括起泡和泡沫稳定性)较在碱性范围内优秀;在弱酸性范围内,Hostapon^(■)CDT具有良好的耐硬水性能及皮脂清洁能力;在弱酸性范围内,与传统硫酸盐类表面活性剂SLES相比,Hostapon^(■)CDT具有更高的泡沫高度和相当的泡沫稳定性;在香波中使用时,Hostapon^(■)CDT部分替代传统硫酸盐类表面活性剂,具有更好的调理性和消费者接受度。

The properties of Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate were studied in the paper,including mildness,foam,skin cleansing and application in hair shampoo.It indicated that Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate shows better mildness towards RBC compared with traditional sulfate surfactant.Regarding to foam properties,Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate shows better foam volume and stability in weakly acidic range than in alkaline range.In weakly acidic range,Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate exibits better foam volume than traditional sulfate surfactant in distilled water and comparable stability.And shows good foam property in hard water and skin cleansing ability.In hair shampoo,when part of SLES was replaced with Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate,it shows better hair conditioning effect and receives more likes from consumer.
