增稠剂对O/W型乳液流变性和稳定性的影响

Effects of Thickeners on the Rheology and Stability of O/W Emulsions

选取了五种水溶性增稠剂加入O/W型乳液中,探究不同增稠剂对乳液流变性和稳定性的影响。实验表明:添加黄原胶和阿拉伯树胶/黄原胶对增强样品黏度、结构强度和触变性效果不明显,样品流动性好且有清爽的肤感;添加卡波类(980、U20、ETD2020)增稠剂有效提高了样品的黏度、内部结构和触变性,线性黏弹区明显变宽,样品更有厚重感;卡波980、U20和ETD2020的加入能保障体系的长期稳定性,而加入黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶/黄原胶的样品在运输和储存中的长期稳定性差。

Water-soluble thickeners were selected and added to the O/W emulsions to explore the influence of different thickeners on the rheology and stability of the emulsion.The experiment showed that the addition of xanthan gum and Arabian gum/xanthan gum were not obvious on enhancing viscosity,structure strength and thixotropy of the samples,and the samples had good fluidity and fresh skin feeling.The addition of carbomer(980,U20,ETD2020)thickeners effectively improved the performance of the samples.The linear viscoelastic area were significantly wider,and the samples were more massiness.Carbomer 980,U20 and ETD2020 ensured the long-term stability of the system while the samples with xanthan gum and Arabian gum/xanthan gum had greater risk of stability in transport and storage.
