摘要
选择了2个水稻品种,通过病原菌孢子和菌丝悬浮液与稻粒混拌的方法接种,接种5 d后分离出病原菌的芽数占总分离稻芽的70%以上,从病原菌分离出部位看,病原菌随着植株生长逐步向上扩展蔓延。接种发病的效果证明了使用稻粒与恶苗病菌混拌接种方法是可行的,且简便易行。
In this paper,two rice varieties were selected and inoculated by mixing pathogen spores and mycelia suspension with rice grain.After 5 days of inoculation,the number of shoots isolated pathogens accounted for more than 70%of the total isolated rice shoots.The effect of inoculation proved that the mixed inoculation method of rice grain and pathogen was feasible and simple.
