Research on the Standards System of High Mountain Vegetable Industry——Taking Ningxia as an Example

本文分析了宁夏冷凉蔬菜全产业链标准化发展的实际情况,运用标准化原理和方法,梳理了现有的冷凉蔬菜国家、行业、宁夏地方标准,提出了建设冷凉蔬菜产业标准体系的原则、思路和体系结构,并对标准体系的实施提出建议。

This paper analyzes the actual situation of standardization development of high mountain vegetable industry in Ningxia.By applying standardization principles and methods,the paper sorts out current national standards,sectoral standards and local standards for high mountain vegetables in Ningxia,proposes the principles,ideas and system structure for building a standards system for high mountain vegetables industry,and makes suggestions for the implementation of the standards system.
