探讨QC在设计过程中的重要性

摘要 多种型号车辆的附加防护装备的成熟安装结构是通过紧固件的方式安装在基体上,相同车型不同防护等级附加防护装备通过更换安装压帽实现更换,因而紧固件需要承受车辆行驶、高速冲击、振动等方面的冲击载荷和循环载荷。本文通过分析紧固件的使用环境,应用近场动力学理论分析紧固件质点位移所做的功得知影响紧固件使用寿命的因素,又依据实际使用的效果和改进所需的技术成本和效益成本的比例关系,进一步提出了合理利用有效资源的改进方法。由此可发现,QC程序文件对设计过程的有效控制,以及标准化能够控制产品设计成本和降低经济成本,缩短设计周期,提高可靠性,保障目标的实现。 The mature installation structure of additional protective equipment for various types of vehicles is to be installed on the substrate through fasteners.Additional protective equipment of the same vehicle model with different protection levels is replaced by replacing the installation pressure cap.Therefore,fasteners need to withstand impact loads and cyclic loads such as vehicle driving,high-speed impact,vibration,etc.This paper analyzes the usage environment of fasteners and applies the theory of peridynamic to analyze the work done by the particle displacement of fasteners to determine the factors that affect the service life of fasteners.Based on the actual use effects and the ratio between the technical cost and benefit cost required for improvement,the paper further proposes improvement methods for rational utilization of effective resources.It can be seen that QC program files can effectively control the design process.Standardization can control product design costs and reduce economic costs,shorten design cycles,improve reliability,and ensure the achievement of goals.
