摘要
本文对电线电缆产品从质量技术的角度进行分析,对于导体电阻、结构与标志、阻燃特性、耐火性能、耐电压与绝缘电阻等产品检验项目逐一分析,并详细介绍了这些检验项目不合格带来的绝缘效果不佳、电缆导体电阻超标、机械性能较低等产品质量风险和问题,以及对用电系统的安全性与稳定性产生的影响。最后针对这些问题从质量控制模型、人为因素把控、生产管理控制等方面给出了改进产品质量的意见和建议,希望能够为相关人员提供有益的参考和借鉴。
This paper analyzes wire and cable products from the perspective of quality technology,and analyzes the inspection items of conductor resistance,structure and marking,flame retardancy,fire resistance,voltage resistance,and insulation resistance one by one.It also provides a detailed introduction to the quality risks and problems caused by unqualifi ed products that fail to pass inspection items,which means quality risks such as poor insulation effect,excessive cable conductor resistance,and low mechanical performance,as well as the impact on the safety and stability of the electricity system.In response to these issues,the paper provides suggestions and suggestions for improving product quality from aspects such as quality control models,human factor control,and production management control.It is hoped to provide useful reference and reference for relevant personnel.
