论玩具机械物理性能检验检测设备中期间核查的实施

在玩具检验检测过程中,有些设备由于使用频率高,易出现性能不稳定、修正值发生偏移的情况,这个时候需要做期间核查工作,检查玩具检验检测用设备在两次检定、校准周期内的可信度,并且保证出具数据的准确性。但是期间核查对于玩具机械与物理性能所用到的设备往往缺少具体的可操作的方法。本文结合玩具安全标准,针对实验室所用到的具体设备,探讨开展设备期间核查的方法,为开展玩具机械物理性能检验的实验室提供依据,有利于更好地开展检验检测工作。

In the process of toy inspection and testing,some equipment is prone to unstable performance and deviation of correction value due to high frequency of use.At this time,it is necessary to do the period verification work,to check the reliability of toy inspection and testing equipment in two verification and calibration cycles,ensuring the accuracy of the issued data.However,the period verification of inspection and testing equipment for mechanical and physical properties of toys often lack of specifi c operational methods.This paper combines toy safety standards,focuses on the specifi c equipment used in the laboratory,explores the inspection methods during the period verification of equipment,and provides a basis for the laboratory to carry out the inspection of mechanical and physical properties of toys,which is benefi cial to conduct better inspection and testing work.
