杜仲神经保护活性成分及其作用机制研究进展

Research progress on active ingredients in Eucommia ulmoides and their neuroprotective mechanism

杜仲是杜仲科杜仲属植物,在医药、食品领域均有广泛应用。杜仲含有松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、桃叶珊瑚苷、京尼平苷等多种生物活性成分。近些年的研究表明,杜仲具有神经保护活性,多项关于杜仲在帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症等神经系统疾病中的保护作用研究取得了突破性进展。本文首先介绍了杜仲的基本性质,随后综述了杜仲的神经保护活性成分,最后对其神经保护作用机制进行总结,以期为杜仲天然活性成分的进一步开发和应用提供理论依据。

Eucommia ulmoides is a plant of the Eucommia genus in the Eucommia family,which is widely used in medicine and food fields.Eucommia ulmoides contains a variety of bioactive ingredients,including pinoresinol diglucoside,aucubin,and geniposide.Recent studies have shown that Eucommia ulmoides has neuroprotective effects.A large number of breakthroughs have been made in studies of the protective effects of Eucommia ulmoides in neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease,Alzheimer’s disease,and depression.In this paper,the basic properties of Eucommia ulmoides were introduced,the neuroprotective active components of Eucommia ulmoides were summarized.Finally,the neuroprotective mechanism of Eucommia ulmoides was summarized and discussed in order to provide theoretical basis for further development and application of natural active components of Eucommia ulmoides.
