设防地震下基于正常使用的建筑抗震设计方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 首先,对比了中日抗震设防水准,并介绍了日本针对功能不中断建筑的性能目标及其设计准则。其次,查阅国内外文献,探讨影响隔墙、吊顶、幕墙等非结构构件以及医疗设备等正常使用的控制参数及限值,并分析了结构屈服时层间位移角的分布规律。最后,给出了结构构件损伤控制的指标,并提出了设防地震下建筑正常使用的设计流程。通过研究提出以下建议:隔墙宜采用柔性连接方式与主体结构相连;宜采用弹塑性时程分析方法对结构的地震反应进行分析,验算结构的层间位移角,主体结构达到竖向构件基本无损伤,少量水平构件可进入有限塑性的性能目标;建议根据非结构构件或设备类型合理选取不同的加速度控制指标。 Firstly,the performance objectives and design criteria for buildings with uninterrupted functions in Japan are introduced by comparing the seismic fortification levels of China and Japan.Secondly,drawing from domestic and foreign literature,the control parameters and limits that affect the normal use of non-structural components such as partitions,suspended ceilings,curtain walls and medical equipment are discussed,and the distribution law of inter-story displacement angle when the structure yields is analyzed.Finally,a damage control index for structural members is proposed,and a design process for normal use of buildings under design basis earthquakes is proposed.The results show that partition walls should be connected to the main structure by flexible connection;the elastic-plastic time history analysis method should be used to analyze the seismic response of the structure.The inter-story displacement angle of the structure should be checked,aiming at the main structure to achieve the performance goal of minimal damage for vertical members,and allowing limited plasticity for horizontal members.Furthermore,it is suggested that different acceleration control indexes should be reasonably selected according to the types of non-structural members or equipment.
