新型FGC节点的复合承载性能试验研究

摘要 与传统板式节点相比,新型花环齿槽体组合节点(简称FGC节点)的单项承载性能得到了显著的提高。为进一步研究FGC节点的承载性能,对其开展了5组试件的试验。试验结果表明:FGC节点在平面内外组合荷载作用下的破坏模式主要有上下盖板破坏、花环齿槽体破坏以及梁截面断裂;在几何尺寸完全相同的情况下,FGC节点的承载性能明显优于传统板式节点;随着FGC节点盖板厚度的增加,其承载性能得到显著提高。随着轴向荷载的增加,FGC节点的平面外竖向极限荷载明显降低,但屈服荷载较为接近;在加载过程中,与FGC节点所连铝合金梁的腹板和上下翼缘共同传递荷载,充分证明了这种新型节点的传力途径合理。 Compared with the traditional plate joint,the single load-bearing performance of the new type of garland notched joint(FGC joint)has been significantly improved.In order to further study the bearing capacity of FGC joints,five groups of composite bearing capacity tests were carried out.The test results show that the failure modes of FGC joints under composite loading mainly include upper and lower cover plate failure,garland tooth groove failure and beam section fracture;in the case of identical geometric dimensions,the bearing capacity of FGC joints is significantly better than that of traditional plate joints;with the increase of FGC joint cover plate thickness,its bearing capacity is significantly improved.With the increase of axial load,the out of plane vertical ultimate load of FGC joints decreases obviously,but the yield load is close.During the loading process,the web and upper and lower flanges of the aluminum alloy beam connected with FGC joint transfer the load together,which fully proves that the force transfer path of this new joint is very reasonable.
