螺旋递升式大空间钢-混凝土混合结构体系创新及设计

摘要 杭州运河大剧院项目地上外部建筑造型为一螺旋上升式的草坪坡道,坡道上端部为一大悬挑大空间功能区域,顶部外围至内侧覆盖数圈高度较大的穿孔铝板幕墙,建筑内部存在多处舞台、观众厅等大空间功能区域。针对该项目的结构设计、分析及施工上存在的难点及创新点等进行系统性的研究。首先对其螺旋递升式大空间混合整体结构体系进行设计和分析,获得性能设计目标和整体性能指标,并提出抗震构造措施;进而对该项目中的竖向长悬挑屋顶幕墙支撑结构、内嵌正交向小桁架的多层通高悬挑大空间结构进行体系创新和应用研发。结果表明:采用螺旋递升式现浇混凝土框剪和局部钢结构的混合结构体系,各项指标均较好满足规范要求,屋盖区域、大悬挑功能区域以及屋顶幕墙支承区域均采用局部钢桁架形式,可较好地配合建筑平面及立面要求。 The above-ground exterior building of the Hangzhou Canal Grand Theater project is shaped as a spiraling lawn ramp,and the upper end of the ramp is a large cantilevered space function region.Several circles of perforated aluminum curtain wall with large height are covered from the outside to the inside of the top,and there are many large functional regions such as stage and audience hall inside the building.Systematic research was carried out on the difficulties and innovations in the structural design,analysis and construction of the project.Firstly,the spiral ascending large-space steel-concrete hybrid overall structure system is designed and analyzed,the performance design objectives and overall performance indexes are obtained,and the seismic structural measures are proposed.Then,the system innovation and application research of the vertical long cantilevered roof curtain wall support structure and the multi-storey cantilevered large space structure with small orthogonal truss embedded in the project are carried out.The results show that the hybrid structure system of spiral ascending cast-in-place concrete frame-shear structure and partial steel structure can meet the requirements of the code well.The roof cover region,the large cantilevered space function region and the supporting region of roof curtain wall are all in the form of partial steel truss,which can better meet the requirements of the building plane and elevation.
