摘要
上海地区110~220 kV电压等级的户内变电站,由于布置大型设备等工艺需要,往往存在框架梁非正交等特点,不规则框架柱屈曲性能和有效长度系数设计方法亟须研究。通过数值模拟研究了框架梁空间夹角对无侧移框架和有侧移框架中不规则柱屈曲荷载和有效长度系数的影响,并提出了有效长度系数的建议计算公式。基于建议计算公式得到的不规则框架柱有效长度系数可以准确地反映框架梁空间夹角的影响。
Due to the arrangement of large equipment,there are typically irregular characteristics such as nonorthogonal frame beams in 110 kV~220 kV voltage level indoor substations in Shanghai area.The design methods of buckling performance and effective length coefficient of the irregular frame columns need to be studied urgently.In this paper,the effect of the spatial angle of the frame beams on the buckling load and effective length coefficient of irregular columns in sway and non-sway frames is investigated using numerical simulation.A calculation formula for effective length coefficient is further proposed.The proposed equations can consider precisely the effects of the spatial angle of the frame beams on the effective length coefficients of irregular frame columns.
