摘要
目的:探讨“虚实结合”教学对医学生骨髓穿刺术(简称“骨穿”)学习曲线的影响。方法:将24名无骨穿经验的学生分为试验组和对照组,试验组实施“虚实结合”教学,对照组实施传统教学。教学结束2周内,两组均进行5次骨穿模型操作。使用累积求和法(CUSUM)绘制学习曲线。结果:试验组第一次操作评分和前两次操作时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05);随操作次数增加,两组评分、时间及信心均改善并趋同;试验组至少训练3次后可掌握骨穿技能,对照组至少训练5次。结论:“虚实结合”教学可有效缩短医学生骨穿学习曲线。
Objective:This study aimed to investigate the impact of the“Virtual-Real Combination”teaching method on the learning curve of medical students in bone marrow aspiration.Methods:Twenty-four students with no prior experience in bone marrow aspiration were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received“Virtual-Real Combination”teaching,while the control group received traditional teaching.Within two weeks of completing the teaching sessions,both groups performed bone marrow aspiration model operations five times.Learning curves were plotted using the Cumulative Sum(CUSUM)method.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher scores during the first operation and shorter times during the first two operations compared to the control group(P<0.05).As the number of operations increased,both groups showed improvements in scores,time,and confidence(P<0.05),and these trends converged.The experimental group could master bone marrow aspiration after at least three training sessions,while the control group required at least five sessions.Conclusion:“Virtual-Real Combination”teaching effectively shortens the learning curve of medical students in bone marrow aspiration.
