摘要
目的:探讨情景式教学在检体诊断学教学中的应用,旨在探索提高理论知识及临床诊断思维能力的教学方法。方法:2018级临床医学圣地班(试验组)的检体诊断学采取情景式教学的方法授课,2017级临床医学圣地班(对照组)采取多媒体理论授课的传统方法。通过两组学生期末满意度调查及考试成绩评估教学效果。结果:试验组学生期末理论考试主观题及客观题成绩均明显高于对照组,学生满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:情景式教学不仅有助于理论知识学习,还有助于临床诊断思维能力提高。
Objective:To explore the application of scenario-based teaching in diagnostic pathology education,aiming to improve both theoretical knowledge and clinical diagnostic thinking skills.Methods:Scenario-based teaching was used to instruct the diagnostic pathology course for the 2018 Clinical Medicine Sacred Land Class,while traditional multimedia theoretical teaching was used for the 2017 class.The teaching effectiveness was assessed through end-of-course satisfaction surveys and examination scores for both groups of students.Results:The subjective and objective exam scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and student satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scenario-based teaching not only aids in learning theoretical knowledge but also contributes to the improvement of clinical diagnostic thinking skills.
