摘要
目的:了解学生视角下我院临床医学专业实习生的实习现状,找出实习管理、教学实施等方面存在的问题,并提出改进措施。方法:武汉大学人民医院临床医学专业实习生163人为研究对象。通过发放电子调查问卷形式对实习情况进行反馈。采用χ^(2)检验。P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果:外科组实习生很满意的比例高于内科组和妇儿组。外科组实习生认为实践操作机会很多的比例高于内科组和妇儿组。妇儿组实习生独立管床比例低于内科组和外科组。结论:临床实习是医学教育中极其重要的环节,把学生评价贯穿于临床实习过程形成对实习监控,根据学生反馈改进教学方法和教学管理,提高临床实习教学质量。
Objective:To understand the current status of clinical medical professional interns at our institution from the students'perspective,identify existing problems in internship management,teaching implementation,and propose improvement measures.Methods:A total of 163 clinical medical professional interns at Renmin Hospital,Wuhan University,were surveyed using electronic questionnaires to provide feedback on their internship experience.The Chi-square test was employed,and a significance level of P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Interns in the surgical department reported higher satisfaction levels than those in the internal medicine and obstetrics and pediatrics departments.Surgical interns felt that they had more practical opportunities compared to internal medicine and obstetrics and pediatrics interns.Obstetrics and pediatrics interns had a lower proportion of independently managing patients than internal medicine and surgical interns.Conclusion:Clinical internship is a crucial component of medical education,and incorporating student evaluations throughout the clinical internship process enables continuous monitoring.Based on student feedback,improvements can be made in teaching methods and management to enhance the quality of clinical internship education.
