摘要
目的:探索微格教学联合情景模拟对医学本科生临床技能教学的作用。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年11月在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院实习的60名本科医学生作为研究对象,试验组30名,接受微格教学联合情景模拟模式,对照组30名,接受传统的临床技能教学方法。结果:试验组病史采集、体格检查、专项技能操作成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微格教学联合情景模拟的教学模式能显著提高医学生临床技能操作能力。
Objective:To explore the role of micro-grid teaching combined with scenario simulation in clinical skills teaching for medical undergraduates.Methods:Sixty medical undergraduate students participating in internships at the Affiliated Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from September 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.There were 30 students in the experimental group who received micro-grid teaching combined with scenario simulation,and 30 students in the control group who received traditional clinical skills teaching methods.Results:The scores of the experimental group in medical history collection,physical examination,and specific skill operations were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching mode of micro-grid teaching combined with scenario simulation can significantly improve the clinical skill operation ability of medical students.
