教师标准化病人联合教案分析教学法在肿瘤科医患沟通教学中的应用及思考 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨教师标准化病人(TSP)联合教案分析教学法在肿瘤科医患沟通教学中的效果。方法:将2018学年、2019学年选修本课程的本科生作为研究对象。对照组采用讲授式教学法,试验组采用TSP联合教案分析教学法。课程结束后对学生医患沟通实践能力、技能能力进行评分。结果:实践能力方面,试验组案例选择、团队合作、熟练程度、人文关怀、表演技巧得分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);技能能力方面,试验组准备阶段、信息收集、信息提供、理解患者、结束问诊得分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:TSP联合教案分析教学法明显提升学生医患沟通实践能力及技能能力,能够作为提升肿瘤科医患沟通能力的首选教学方法。 Objective:To explore the effectiveness of using Teacher Standardized Patients(TSP)combined with lesson plan analysis teaching method in doctor-patient communication education in oncology.Methods:Undergraduate students who took the elective course in the 2018 and 2019 academic years were selected as the research subjects.The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching,while the experimental group received TSP combined with lesson plan analysis teaching.After the course,students were assessed for their practical communication skills and technical abilities.Results:In terms of practical skills,the experimental group scored higher than the control group in case selection,teamwork,proficiency,humanistic care,and performance skills,respectively,compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Regarding technical abilities,the experimental group scored higher than the control group in the preparation phase,information gathering,information provision,understanding patients,and ending the interview,respectively,compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:TSP combined with lesson plan analysis teaching significantly improves students'practical communication skills and technical abilities,making it a preferred teaching method for enhancing doctor-patient communication skills in oncology.
