摘要
目的:探讨有氧运动联合系统化护理在妊娠期高血压(HIP)患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年5月至2022年5月我院收治的HIP患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组(n=34)采用常规护理,观察组(n=34)采用有氧运动联合系统化护理,2组均护理至患者分娩。对比分析2组心理状态、不良妊娠结局、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)中心理功能评分、躯体功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有氧运动联合系统化护理能够有效维持HIP患者心理健康,改善妊娠结局,提高生活质量,且护理满意度较高。
Objective:To investigate the application value of aerobic exercise combined with systematic nursing in patients with hypertension in pregnancy(HIP).Methods:A total of 68 HIP patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=34)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=34)received aerobic exercise combined with systematic nursing.Both groups were nursed until delivery.The psychological state,adverse pregnancy outcomes,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction,psychological function score,physical function score,social function score and material life score in the Comprehensive Assessment Questionnaire for Quality of Life(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic exercise combined with systematic nursing can effectively maintain the mental health of HIP patients,improve pregnancy outcomes and quality of life,and have a high degree of nursing satisfaction.
