慕课结合情景模拟演练模式在呼吸与危重症医学科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨慕课结合情景模拟演练模式在呼吸与危重症医学科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年9月某三甲医院呼吸与危重症医学科实习的护理本科生60名,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30名。对照组采用带教集中授课及操作演示、带教指导的传统授教法,试验组在此基础上另加慕课结合情景模拟演练法。出科前1周,比较2组实习护生理论成绩和操作成绩、评判思维能力及教学满意度。结果:试验组的出科理论成绩与操作成绩、评判思维能力评分及教学满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慕课结合情景模拟演练模式在护理本科生临床护理教学中取得了良好效果,值得在临床教学中应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of MOOC combined with scenario simulation in clinical nursing teaching of Respiratory and Critical Illness Medicine Department.Methods:A total of 60 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine in a third-grade class A hospital from Jul 2021 to Sep 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching method of centralized teaching,operation demonstration,and teaching guidance.On this basis,the experimental group also received MOOC combined with scenario simulation.One week before leaving the department,the theoretical and operational performance,critical thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The theoretical and operational scores,critical thinking ability score,and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of MOOC combined with scenario simulation has achieved good results in clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates,which is worthy of application in clinical teaching.
