课程思政融入医学微生物学教学的探索

Exploration of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of Medical Microbiology

目的:探讨课程思政在医学微生物学教学中的效果,以提高教学质量。方法:选取某医学院校2020级护理学和助产学专业158名学生为对照组,课程内容未加入思政元素;选取2021级护理学和助产学专业158名学生作为教改组,将思政元素融入到医学微生物课程中。通过期末考试成绩分析和问卷调查形式评价课程思政对医学微生物学教学质量的影响。结果:与对照组比较,融入思政元素能够显著提高学生的学习成绩(P<0.01)。思政元素融入医学微生物学课程对学生自主学习能力、学习兴趣、知识掌握与灵活运用以及知识拓展均有显著的提高(P<0.01)。结论:思政元素融入医学微生物学教学全过程,提高了教学质量,调动了学生的学习热情,可以使学生更好地掌握专业知识。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of ideological and political education in Medical Microbiology teaching,in order to improve teaching quality.Methods:A total of 158 students majoring in nursing and midwifery at a medical college of grade 2020 were selected as the control group,and the course content did not include ideological and political elements.And 158 students majoring in nursing and midwifery of grade 2021 were selected as the teaching reform group,and ideological and political elements were integrated into the teaching of Medical Microbiology.The impact of ideological and political education on the quality of Medical Microbiology teaching was evaluated through analysis of final exam scores and questionnaire surveys.Results:Compared with the control group,integration of ideological and political elements could significantly improve students'academic performance(P<0.01).At the same time,it also significantly improved students'self-learning ability,learning interest,knowledge mastery and flexible application,and knowledge expansion(P<0.01).Conclusion:The integration of ideological and political elements into the teaching of Medical Microbiology can improve the quality of teaching,stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,and enable them to better grasp professional knowledge.
