摘要
由于“温室效应”的不断积累,导致极端天气频发,加之人类活动的影响,造成极端恶劣天气引发的城市洪涝灾害愈发严重。泵闸是城市有效应对洪涝灾害的工程措施,因此如何科学调度城市泵闸群具有重大意义。针对福州城区防洪排涝问题,引入模型预测控制(MPC)理论,基于安全、经济层面构建了泵闸群联合防洪优化调度模型,可为福州市汛期实时排涝调度提供参考。
Due to the continuous accumulation of the"greenhouse effect",extreme weather occurs frequently,and the impact of human activities,urban flooding disasters caused by extreme weather become more and more serious.Pump gate is an effective engineering measure for city to deal with flood disaster,so how to scientifically dispatch the pump gate group is of great significance.In this study,model predictive control(MPC)theory is introduced to solve the flood control and drainage problems in Fuzhou urban area.Based on the safety and economic aspects,a combined flood control optimal scheduling model of pump and gate group is constructed,which effectively improves the application of uncertainty of the optimal scheduling model.
