青少年心理韧性与校园欺凌、非自杀性自伤关系的研究进展

Research Progress on Relationships between Resilience,School Bullying and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury among Adolescents

校园欺凌和非自杀性自伤(non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)是校园伤害的主要表现形式,也是重要的公共卫生问题。近年来,有关青少年心理韧性的研究不断增加,其与校园欺凌、非自杀性自伤的关系也受到越来越多的关注。已有研究提示校园欺凌是非自杀性自伤的独立危险因素,心理韧性与校园欺凌、非自杀性自伤均存在关联。心理韧性不仅可以减少个体发生非自杀性自伤的风险,也可以在个体被欺凌后减少发生NSSI的风险,但心理韧性在被欺凌和NSSI之间是否具有其他作用尚不清楚。本文拟就三者之间的关系进行综述,以期为青少年校园欺凌与非自杀性自伤的防控提供线索。

School bullying and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)are the main manifestations of school injuries,which are also important public health problems.In recent years,there has been an increasing number of studies on adolescent resilience,and its relationship with school bullying.In addition,NSSI has also attracted more and more attention.Previous studies have suggested that school bullying is an independent risk factor for NSSI,and resilience is associated with both school bullying and NSSI.Resilience not only reduces the risk of NSSI,but also reduces the risk of NSSI after school bullying,but whether resilience has other roles between school bullying and NSSI is unclear.This paper intends to review the relationship among the three,in order to provide clues or for prevention and control of NSSIamong adolescents.
