我国水果市场发展现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Fruit Industry in China

随着国家经济发展和生活水平的提高,人们对水果质量的需求显著增加,近年来水果行业快速发展,但同时也涌现出局部滞销、受进口果品冲击大、品质不稳定等问题。本文基于相关统计数据,从生产和消费两个方面分析了水果行业产销发展变化情况,梳理了现阶段水果行业存在的主要问题,并提出了发展建议,以期为我国水果行业的健康发展提供参考。

With the national economic development and the improvement of living standards,people’s demand for the quantity and quality of fruit has increased significantly.In recent years,the fruit industry has developed rapidly,but at the same time,problems such as local unsalable,affected greatly by imported fruit and unstable quality have emerged.Based on relevant statistical data,this paper analyzed the development and change of production and consumption in the fruit industry from the production and consumption end,sorted out the main problems existing in the fruit industry at this stage,and put forward development countermeasures and suggestions.
