8种复方中药液的生物活性及体外抗氧化能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在对比8种复方中药液中的生物活性物质含量和抗氧化能力。以紫外分光光度计法测定总多酚含量(以表儿茶素没食子酸酯计)和总黄酮含量(以芦丁计)。以维生素C为对照品,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为指标,用紫外分光光度法比较中药液清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的能力,考察生物活性物质含量与抗氧化能力的相关性。结果显示,8种复方中药液中PHBQC的总多酚最高,达8.27 mg/mL;YQH的总黄酮含量最高,达62.40 mg/mL。体外DPPH自由基清除能力最好的是YJL,IC50为0.007 mg/mL;体外ABTS自由基清除能力最好的是WWXDY,IC50为0.171 mg/mL;体外超氧阴离子自由基清除能力较好的是PHBQC,IC50为2.17 mg/mL。药液总多酚含量与DPPH自由基清除力、ABTS自由基清除力呈强相关性,与超氧阴离子自由基清除力呈中等相关性,总黄酮含量与DPPH自由基清除力、ABTS自由基清除力、超氧阴离子自由基清除力均呈强相关性。研究表明,可考虑将复方中药液的总多酚和总黄酮含量作为畜禽中药饲料添加剂的筛选指标。 The experiment aims to compare the content of bioactive substances and antioxidant capacity in eight types of compound Chinese medicine liquids.The content of total polyphenols(epicatechin gallate)and total flavonoids(rutin)were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.With vitamin C as the control substance and IC50 as the index,the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical,ABTS free radical and superoxide anion free radical of Chinese herbal solution was compared by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the correlation between the content of bioactive substances and the antioxidant capacity was investigated.The results showed that the total polyphenols content in PHBQC was the highest,reaching 8.27 mg/mL.The total flavonoids content of YQH was the highest,reaching 62.40 mg/mL.YJL showed the best scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals in vitro and its IC50 was 0.007 mg/mL.WWXDY showed the best scavenging ability of ABTS free radicals in vitro and IC50 was 0.171 mg/mL.The best scavenging ability of superoxide anion radical in vitro was PHBQC and the IC50 was 2.17 mg/mL.The experiment showed that the total polyphenol content was strongly correlated with DPPH radical scavenging power and ABTS radical scavenging power and moderately correlated with superoxide anion radical scavenging power.The content of total flavonoids was strongly correlated with DPPH radical scavenging power,ABTS radical scavenging power and superoxide anion radical scavenging power.The study indicates the content of total polyphenols and total flavonoids in compound Chinese herbal medicine liquid can be considered as the screening index of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives for livestock and poultry.
