中草药微生态复方制剂对南美白对虾的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine and microecological compound in Penaeus vannamei

试验旨在探究中草药微生态复方制剂对南美白对虾的安全性,将750尾南美白对虾随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复150尾虾。Ⅰ组(空白对照组)对虾饲喂基础饲料,4个试验剂量组(Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组)分别在饲料中添加1、3、5、10倍推荐剂量的中草药微生态复方制剂。试验期30 d。结果显示,给药30 d后,各试验组受试虾临床表现均正常;与Ⅰ组相比,中草药微生态复方制剂1倍、3倍、5倍和10倍剂量组对虾血液谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及肌酐(CREA)和甘油三酯(TG)含量差异均不显著(P>0.05),体重和体长显著升高(P<0.05);解剖肝胰腺未发现肉眼可见病变,观察各组肝胰腺病理组织切片也无异常。研究表明,10~100 g/kg中草药微生态复方制剂连续30 d混料饲喂对南美白对虾无毒副作用,安全性好,且能够明显提高南美白对虾的生长性能。

To investigate the safety of Chinese herbal microecological compound preparation for Penaeus vannamei,a total of 750 white shrimp were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates per group and 150 shrimp per replicate.Shrimp in groupⅠ(blank control group)were fed a basic diet,and four experimental dose groups(groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤ)were added with 1,3,5 and 10 times of the recommended doses of Chinese herbal medicine and microecological compound preparations..The experiment lasted for 30 d.The results showed that after 30 d of administration,the clinical manifestations of shrimp in all experimental groups were normal.Compared with groupⅠ,there were no significant differences in the activity of ALT and AST in blood and the content of CREA and TG in groups of 1,3,5 and 10 times of the Chinese herbal microecological compound preparation(P>0.05),but the body weight and body length were significantly increased(P<0.05).No visible lesions were found in the anatomy of the hepatopancreas,and no abnormalities were observed in the pathological sections of the hepatopancreas.The study indicates that 10~100 g/kg Chinese herbal microecological compound preparation has no side effects on the shrimp for 30 consecutive days,has good safety,and can significantly improve the growth performance of the shrimp.
