石吊兰素对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和脂肪沉积的影响

Effects of nevadensin on growth performance,slaughtering performance,meat quality and fat deposition in yellow-feathered broilers

摘要 试验旨在探究石吊兰素对高脂日粮诱导的黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和脂肪沉积的影响。试验选取72只1日龄的黄羽肉鸡公雏,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复3只鸡。对照组(NC组)肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,高脂组(HFD组)肉鸡饲喂高脂日粮,低剂量组(HFD+L组)和高剂量组(HFD+H组)肉鸡分别饲喂添加400、800 mg/kg石吊兰素的高脂日粮。试验期18 d,预试期5 d,正式试验期13 d。结果显示,HFD+L组和HFD+H组胸肌/体重显著高于HFD组(P<0.05),HFD+L组腿肌/体重显著高于HFD组(P<0.05)。HFD+L组和HFD+H组胸肌肉色45 min值显著高于HFD组(P<0.05),HFD+H组胸肌肉色24 h值显著高于HFD组(P<0.05);HFD+H组腿肌肉色24 h值显著高于HFD组(P<0.05)。HFD+L组和HFD+H组胸肌pH24 h值显著低于HFD组(P<0.05);HFD+L组和HFD+H组腿肌pH45 min值显著低于HFD组(P<0.05),HFD+L组腿肌pH24 h值显著低于HFD组(P<0.05)。HFD组腹部脂肪含量明显多于NC组、HFD+L组和HFD+H组。NC组、HFD+L组和HFD+H组腹部脂肪重/体重、皮下脂肪厚度、肌间脂肪宽度均显著低于HFD组(P<0.05)。研究表明,石吊兰素能够提高肉鸡屠宰性能,改善肌肉的肉色,有效缓解肉鸡的体脂沉积。 The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effects of nevadensin on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and fat deposition of high-fat diet induced yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 72 one-day-old male yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and three chickens per replicate.The broilers in control group(NC group)were fed a basic diet,the broilers in high-fat group(HFD group)were fed a high-fat diet,the broilers in low-dose group(HFD+L group)and high-dose group(HFD+H group)were fed a high�fat diet supplemented with 400 and 800 mg/kg of nevadensin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 18 d,the pre-test period was 5 d,and the formal experiment period was 13 d.The results showed that the breast muscle/body weight in the HFD+L group and HFD+H group was significantly higher than that in the HFD group(P<0.05).The leg muscle/body weight of the HFD+L group was significantly higher than that of the HFD group(P<0.05).The 45 min value of breast muscle color in the HFD+L group and HFD+H group was significantly higher than that in the HFD group(P<0.05),and the 24 h value of breast muscle color in the HFD+H group was significantly higher than that in the HFD group(P<0.05).The 24 h muscle color value of leg in the HFD+H group was significantly higher than that in the HFD group(P<0.05).The pH24 h value of breast muscle in the HFD+L group and the HFD+H group was significantly lower than that in the HFD group(P<0.05).The pH45 min value of thigh muscle in the HFD+L group and HFD+H group was significantly lower than that in the HFD group(P<0.05),and the pH24 h value of thigh muscle in the HFD+L group was significantly lower than that in the HFD group(P<0.05).The abdominal fat content of the HFD group was significantly higher than that of the NC group,HFD+L group and HFD+H group.Abdominal fat weight/body weight,subcutaneous fat thickness and intermuscular fat width in the NC group,HFD+L group and HFD+H group were significantly lower than those in the HFD group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the nevadensin can improve the slaughtering performance of broilers,improve muscle color,and effectively relieve the body fat deposition of broilers.
