1例犬肠内异物梗阻及膀胱结石的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of one case of canine intestinal foreign body obstruction and bladder calculi

兽医临床中,犬肠内异物梗阻、膀胱结石发病率较高。文章记录了一例萨摩耶犬肠内异物梗阻、膀胱结石的诊断、治疗过程,患犬经过一般检查与实验室检查等确诊肠内有异物且膀胱内有结石,进行术前检查后行肠管切开缝合术;针对膀胱结石选择注射补液,观察结石能否自行排出。术后患犬伤口恢复良好,后续跟踪随访得知患犬的膀胱结石已全部排出。

In veterinary clinic,the incidence of intestinal foreign body obstruction and bladder calculi is high.The paper documented the diagnosis and treatment process of a Samoyed dog with intestinal foreign body obstruction and bladder calculi.The canine was confirmed to have foreign bodies in the intestine and calculi in the bladder through a general examination and laboratory examination,and underwent enterotomy and suture after preoperative examination.Injection rehydration is selected for bladder stones to observe whether stones can be discharged by themselves.The canine recovered well after surgery,and all the bladder calculi were discharged during follow-up.
