湖羊后备母羊品种性状分析

摘要 试验旨在分析湖羊后备母羊生长发育中各体尺性状与体重的关联性,寻找对体重决策系数最高的体尺性状,为建立卷积神经网络下湖羊品种的性状分析提供数据支持。试验人工测量2、4、6、9、12月龄的普通湖羊、马头湖羊后备母羊的体重与体高、体长、胸围、管围并将其作为选育指标,运用excel软件分析测量数据得出其相关系数,并进行通径分析与决策系数分析后备母羊体重与各项体尺间的相关性、体尺对体重的直接和间接影响。结果显示,两种后备母羊的各项体尺性状与体重之间的关联均达到极显著程度(P<0.01),其中胸围对体重具有最高直接相关性,体长对体重具有最高间接相关性,胸围对体重具有最高决策系数。研究表明,湖羊后备母羊各项体尺中胸围最适合作为计算湖羊体重的自变量。 The purpose of the experiment was to analyze the correlation between body size traits and body weight in the growth and development of Hu sheep reserve ewe,and to find the body size traits with the highest weight decision coefficient,so as to provide data support for the character analysis of Hu sheep breeds under the convolutional neural network.The body weight,body height,body length,chest circumference and tube circumference of 2,4,6,9 and 12 months old common Hu sheep and Matou Hu sheep reserve ewes were measured artificially and used as breeding indexes.The correlation coefficient was obtained by analyzing the measured data with excel software.The correlation between body weight and body size and the direct and indirect influence of body size on body weight were analyzed by path analysis and decision coefficient.The results showed that the correlation between body size traits and body weight reached a very significant degree(P<0.01),in which chest circumference had the highest direct correlation with body weight,body length had the highest indirect correlation with body weight,and chest circumference had the highest decision coefficient with body weight.The study indicates that the bust circumference is the most suitable independent variable for calculating the body weight of Hu sheep reserve ewe.
