摘要
试验旨在了解鸭源大肠杆菌对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性和耐药基因携带情况,在山东部分地区多个养殖场采集病死鸭肝组织样品220份进行大肠杆菌分离鉴定,通过K-B纸片法测定分离株对18种抗菌药物的耐药性,利用PCR方法检测21种耐药基因。结果显示,于病死鸭肝组织中分离出大肠杆菌36株,分离率为16.4%。分离株对氨苄西林、土霉素、氟甲喹钠、磺胺甲恶唑、林可霉素耐药情况严重,耐药率分别为75.0%、63.9%、58.3%、58.3%、52.8%;对氟苯尼考和新霉素的耐药率分别为41.7%和33.3%;对硫酸黏菌素、甲磺酸加替沙星高度敏感。分离株对3种抗菌药物耐药的最多,占比22.2%;其次是对5种和10种药物耐药,占比均为13.9%。于分离株中检出10种耐药基因,blaTEM、aadA1、sul1、oqxA、floR的检出率为100.0%,所有分离株均存在多种耐药基因共存现象。研究表明,山东部分地区鸭源大肠杆菌耐药严重,且携带多种耐药基因。临床应根据细菌耐药性结果进行合理用药,并持续加强对大肠杆菌耐药性监测。
The aim of the experiment was to understand the resistance of Escherichia coli from ducks to commonly used antibiotics and the carrying of drug resistance genes.A total of 220 liver tissue samples of dead ducks were collected from multiple farms in Shandong Province for isolation and identification of Escherichia coli.The resistance of the isolates to 18 antibiotics was determined by K-B disk method,and 21 drug resistance genes were detected by PCR method.The results showed that 36 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from the liver tissues of dead ducks,with the isolation rate of 16.4%.The isolated bacteria were seriously resistant to ampicillin,oxytetracycline,sodium fluoroquine,sulfamethoxazole and lincomycin,and the drug resistance rates were 75.0%,63.9%,58.3%,58.3%and 52.8%,respectively.The drug resistance rates to florfenicol and neomycin were 41.7%and 33.3%,respectively.It is highly sensitive to colistin sulfate and gatifloxacin mesylate.The isolates were most resistant to three kinds of antibiotics,accounting for 22.2%.It was followed by resistance to five and ten drugs,accounting for 13.9%.Ten drug resistance genes were detected in the isolates,and the detection rate of blaTEM,aadA1,sul1,oqxA and floR were 100.0%.All isolates had coexistence of multiple drug resistance genes.The study showed that the resistance of Escherichia coli from ducks in some areas of Shandong Province was serious,and it carried multiple resistance genes.In clinical practice,rational drug use should be carried out according to the results of drug resistance of bacteria,and the monitoring of drug resistance of Escherichia coli should be continuously strengthened.
