肉鸡福利化养殖研究与应用进展

Application and research progress of animal welfare in broiler industry

我国于2017年7月14日发布并实施《农场动物福利要求——肉鸡》(T/CAS 267—2017)团体标准,规定了肉鸡福利的术语和定义以及适用于养殖、运输和屠宰的全过程管理。随着人们对动物福利的重视和行业的不断规范,转变传统型集约化养殖观念,创新肉鸡福利化育种和养殖技术,开发新型设施设备和评价系统尤为重要。目前,国内肉鸡养殖业饲养密度高、生长速度快、抗病力较差的现状,发展创新福利化养殖饲养技术和相关装备,改善舍内环境、减少预防及抗病用药、提高肉鸡鸡体本身的健康和福利,创造适应现代鸡群的生存条件显得至关重要。文章综述了肉鸡福利化养殖模式研究和运用进展,旨在促进肉鸡的科学养殖和产业绿色可持续发展。

On July 14th,2017,China issued and implemented the group standard'Requirements for Farm Animal Welfare—Broilers'(T/CAS 267—2017).The standard stipulates the terms and definitions of broiler welfare,which apply to the entire process management of breeding,transportation and slaughtering,and is of great significance to the strategy of promoting agriculture with quality and innovation in broiler industry.With increasing attention to animal welfare and the continuous standardization of the industry,it is particularly important to change the traditional intensive breeding concept,innovate the welfare breeding technology,develop new facilities,and exploit evaluation systems.At the same time,according to the current situation of domestic broiler breeding industry,such as high density,fast growth rate and poor disease resistance,it is very important to create living conditions suitable for modern breeding industry in areas where innovative welfare breeding technology and related equipment are developed,improve the housing environment,reduce preventive and anti-disease drugs,and improve the health and welfare of the broiler itself.The paper reviews the research and application progress of animal welfare in broiler production systems,in order to promote the scientific breeding and the sustainable development of broiler industry.
